I have been a big fan of FLCL for ges and I adore Haruko!! She is such a groovy chick! But I never found any good Skins of FLCL, especially no Haruko ones!! So I made my own and I love it^-^ Mhm yeah very Haruko-like! So colorful!! Enjoy! :D
